6 questions to ask when interviewing Realtors to sell your Luxury Property


 

1.     What is your track record in selling luxury homes?

You are, after all, selling your most expensive asset. Why would you trust someone to sell it without the proper experience. There is a BIG difference in selling your average homes vs. selling a luxury home. Buyers of luxury homes expect different things. If your agent is not in tune with luxury buyer needs, he/she will not be able to properly represent you or your luxury property. 2.    How do you market luxury properties?

Ask for samples of previous listing flyers and other promotional materials. Ask them if individual websites are specially created for luxury properties. Many agents may list a website but not fully utilize the power of web marketing. Luxury Buyers are looking on the web and elite newspapers more so than magazines. 3. Do you have an assistant?

Your Realtor’s focus should be on expertly marketing your property to the biggest pool of luxury buyers. Getting qualified buyers into your home is what it will take to sell your home fast.
